Customer Reviews
Detailed look at my switch to Ökostrom
I decided to switch my home electricity to Polarstern's Ökostrom tariff after doing some research into green energy providers. The online application process was intuitive; I just entered my usage details and they gave me a clear monthly estimate. I appreciated that they handled the cancellation with my previous provider, which saved me a headache. The confirmation emails came quickly, and the actual switch happened without any interruption to my power supply. I received my first bill, and it was exactly what was estimated, no surprises. I haven't had to use customer support yet, but the information provided on their site about the Ökostrom composition and their social projects is comprehensive. It gives me confidence that I made a good choice, and I feel good supporting a company with a clear environmental mission.
Good switch for electricity
I switched to Ökostrom a few months ago and it was pretty easy. The whole process online went smoothly, and I didn't have any issues. Felt good to finally make the change to green energy.
Fair price for green gas
I was looking for a good deal on Ökogas and found Polarstern. The Wechselbonus was a nice incentive, and the monthly cost for my Biogas tariff seems very fair compared to other providers I checked. It felt like a smart choice for my budget.
Solid green energy choice
I signed up for their Ökostrom and the initial setup was straightforward. I appreciate their commitment to sustainable energy and the fact they're a certified Social Business. Delivery was on time, and my first bill was as expected. My only minor gripe is that finding specific details on their Impact Rechner took a bit more digging than I expected on the website, but overall, it's a positive experience. They are a good option for green energy.

Thinking of switching to Polarstern for my gas. Any idea if they have any of those sign-up bonuses right now? My current provider usually does.
hey planning to switch my electricity provider and Polarstern keeps popping up. are they actually legit green energy or just greenwashing?
